Product was fine. Dealing with this company was not. I don’t believe they are based in the Baltimore region as they indicate on their website. I received a notification that this item was back in stock, so I placed an order. After a week of the status remaining “Getting Ready to Ship”, I reached out to them and did not get a response. By the second week of no update I called and it went unanswered with no way to leave a message. A second e-mail was sent, at which time they responded to the first e-mail. They claimed they were “waiting for the item to arrive to them” and asked if I would like to wait, a store credit, or a refund. I asked for a refund, to which they ignored, and then sent the item about 3 days later.

I do want to be very clear: We are in Jessup Maryland. Items do occasionally come from our partners (like Adidas, New Balance, etc.) that are not housed in our warehouse, which can cause some delays.
