    Shipping costs are determined by the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. In your shopping cart, we show an estimated shipping cost based on lowest price shipping method, and assume all items in your cart are going to a single address within the contiguous states. If you select a different shipping method, an APO/FPO address or an address outside the continuous United States, your actual shipping may be higher. Orders going outside of the East Coast are subject to additional shipping charges based on the weight and size of the package. 


    Note: If you choose Next Day or 2-Day shipping option, your order must be received and credit approved by 3:00 p.m. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include federal holidays within the United States.


    The Following Continental States and International Countries will incur additional Shipping costs:

    Standard shipping service is available via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. Expedited UPS Shipping is also available via UPS Second Day Air. We will send you a shipping confirmation to inform you the amount of time your package will be in transit. The additional Charges are as follows: (Alaska +$, Hawaii +$5, Puerto Rico +$3).

    Not all items can be shipped to P.O. Boxes and some items have shipment restrictions. The Restricted items will be identified on the items detail page.



    Free Economy Ground Shipping is available on orders $75 and over to addresses within the continental United States.  Free Shipping is not available to APO/FPO addresses.  Team sales orders are not eligible for free shipping.  Most Call To Order products are ineligible for free shipping.



    If you place your order by 4 PM EST, Monday through Friday, all in-stock items will be shipped that day.  Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are shipped Mondays.  Drop shipped items are typically not available for same day shipping.


    Freight Delivery (7-14 business days) is the delivery option where drivers will unload your item but not responsible for carrying the item inside the building. We recommend that you have someone with you to help bring your item indoors. Drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up or clean up.


    How Do I Track My Shipment?

    You may track your package by going to our website From our site insert your tracking # into the field at the bottom right of our site. This will provide a real time status of your package. If you are having issues, you may call 301-575-9400 during our normal business hours (Monday-Friday 9am to 8pm) and one of team members will help with the status of you item.
