XL was the size of a XXXL. Tried to exchange (not personalized) and they still haven’t shipped it 3 weeks later.

I have emailed customer service 2x with no reply. Chatbot also doesn’t work. Disappointing as this was suppose to be my Little League coach’s jersey and half the season is now over.
