The height adjusts from 21" to 35" to accommodate players of various sizes or to practice hitting at different zones. It even comes with a tethered rubber baseball, eliminating the need to constantly chase after balls between swings. When you're ready to transition to hitting from a pitcher, simply remove the tethered ball and use the tee conventionally.
NOTE: Not intended for players under 5 years of age without adult supervision, adult supervisions is recommended whenever young players are using batting tees.
