the color stated in the inside label of the hat doesn't match the actual color

Ordering the two hats online was quite easy. You have a good selection of colors. Delivery was faster than you originally stated, which was great. I ordered one black and one charcoal hat. To my surprise both hats came in charcoal, even though the label in one of them said black. I guess you only look at the label when packing and don't see if the label actually is reflecting the color requested. I am dissappointed. The hats are well made. I don't have the time/energy to return the wrong one, so I'll keep it, but certainly would have wanted one in black.
