Didn't receive what was ordered

I ordered a navy blue chinstrap and received royal blue. I planned to swap the item before his most recent game but due to it coming a day late I wasn't able to do so. Then to find out it was the wrong color once we did open the package was disheartening.

Hi Greg, we're sorry about the mix-up with your order. Please contact us so we can make this right and ensure you get the correct color soon. Thank you for your understanding. We can be reached via email, live chat on our website, or by phone.
