I feel comfortable and very cushiony

Did both a 200 and 400 race in these, and have yet to do a full 800m, but over all these spikes have had super impressive results so far. These spikes are super comfortable, but pitch your toes up so those looking for a level spike, try the Avanti’s. The upper is supportive, light, and airy, while maintaining a strong constitution. The foam is so comfortable and responsive, however I toe/ mid strike so I don’t know how heel striking would feel. There is a little extra hole on the outside of the spike for the laces if you wanted greater outer support, however there is not one for the inside. Over all I love the spike, the response is fast but the cushion absorbs and propelled the foot forward into the next stride! The plate is semi-stiff, and you can really feel the propulsion from the plate. Thankful for the extra heel crash pad for the occasional for slip up on the form, it saves my Achilles from completely stretching out. Totally recommend 100%!
