I own this book bag for eight years, and unfortunately it was stolen out of my car. I forgot how expensive it was and when searching on the Internet, I found your company. You had mixed reviews and the only thing that I saw wrong was people were upset about the shipping length and I don’t think that’s fair. Everybody lives in the day and age of Amazon and wants everything tomorrow and it’s just not the case with the real world. I received the bag and under a week I couldn’t be any happier with the quality of it and the service of your company.! I highly recommend people to do business with you and I will definitely be re-ordering stuff! Did I mention that I got the bag for half price of what was on Amazon!

After paying for the backpack and the shipping at the app, I had to spend another $115 for the shipping when it arrived at my door. The extra money was not specified during the app purchase. Be careful; you may lose your money here.
