Got here before I expected and was taken care of

I tried to cancel the order multiple times and several days before the item was sent out. They didn’t respond to my communication until after sending it just to say too bad, we already sent it. Seems shady. The product is cheap. Will not be able to use is a real game. I’m thinking about filing a bbb claim. The communication from them felt intentionally pushed passed the ship out time and day. It was 5 days after i originally placed the order.
