Great sneakers Great price

True to size. Fit well
Very poor quality/unreliable customer service . I wore the shoes for few hours and because of the material, it cracked in the points the foot is naturally bent in order to take steps and the brand new shoe looks as if it has been worn for quite a while. When I contacted their customer service they asked me to sent pictures from the All aspects of the shoe (including the soles to make sure it is“clean”). I emailed them the pictures and called them and I was told that they will reach out to me. After 3 days of not receiving a response (email or phone call) I called them multiple times in order to get an update. Ultimately, I was told by them that they can’t take it back since it is worn.
After explaining the fact that it is because of the poor quality of the shoe that it is worn out and not because of prolonged use (even acknowledged by the customer service that the shoes are clean seeing the pictures from email) and there was no way that I could know about the quality without wearing them, I received an apology that they can do nothing about it and I have to deal with Adidas.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
