PowerMax Strength Bands vary in thickness and width, which determines their resistance. All bands are 41" long, seamless latex rubber, constructed in layers to help prevent breakage. Inspect your bands thoroughly BEFORE EVERY use for any tears, wear, or damage. Bands will eventually wear out and can break over time. Never use a damaged band!
TA17110 XX-Light - Provides up to 35lbs of resistance/assistance. .5" Red Band
