Return Policy


Purchases may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned unworn/unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund to your original method of payment.

Several product types are exempt from returns or exchanges. These include gift cards, girdles, support cups, opened mouthpieces, health and personal care items, unwrapped bats, used shoulder pads, used helmets and custom merchandise.

To Complete Your Return 
Ship your package prepaid and insured via your preferred shipper to League Outfitters, 9375 Washington Blvd N, Laurel MD, 20723. Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with your return.

We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured packages. Dropped-shipped items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on the manufacturer's policy. Please do not send your purchase(s) back to the manufacturer as you will be responsible for the shipping costs related for making a return to the manufacturer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received in our fulfillment center we will send an email to confirm receipt.
Bat Warranty

New aluminum/composite bats carry a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects, and we offer a 30-day return policy for unused, new aluminum/composite bats. Wood, demo, and unwrapped bats carry no warranty or guarantee unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Bat Returns

All unused new bats must be in their original shrink-wrapped packing to receive a refund, less shipping charges. We will refund shipping charges on products that are defective or received in error.

Refund Status

PayPal and Amazon payments are refunded to your Paypal or Amazon accounts, as appropriate. Please allow 1 - 5 days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. If it has not been received in this timeframe, please contact your credit card company. If you have any outstanding still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will be notified of your return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    Partial Refunds

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, including an item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error.


    Manufacturer Warranties

    All merchandise is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship in accordance with the manufacturer's warranties, but not against mishandling or uncommon abuse. Defective merchandise will be replaced or repaired depending on the manufacturer's policy. Replacements will be same stock number, color and size.
