Return Policy

Returns

Purchases may be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned unworn/unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund to your original method of payment.  

Holiday Returns

Purchases made from November 1 to December 24th may be returned up to January 31st of the following year. 

Return Exceptions

Several product types are exempt from returns or exchanges. These include gift cards, girdles, support cups, opened mouthpieces, health and personal care items, unwrapped bats, and custom merchandise.  Additionally, Items marked as “Final Sale”, or “Clearance” are non-returnable. 

Shoe Returns

All unused new shoes must be returned in their original packing to receive a refund, less shipping charges. Please do not send back the shoes in the shoe box, but rather in the box that contains the shoe box and shoes.

Bat Returns

All unused new bats must be in their original shrink-wrapped packing to receive a refund, less shipping charges. We will refund shipping charges on products that are defective or received in error.  New aluminum/composite bats carry a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects, and we offer a 30-day return policy for unused, new aluminum/composite bats. Wood, demo, and unwrapped bats carry no warranty or guarantee unless otherwise stated in the product description.

How to Complete Your Return 

Ship your package via your preferred shipper to League Outfitters, Attn: Returns, 8220 Stayton Dr, Suite H, Jessup MD, 20794. Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with your return.  League Outfitters does not provide pre-paid return labels.  When returning please provide us with the return tracking number from the carrier you used to ship the item back to us.  This will ensure proper receipt of your return.  Once your return is processed, and refunded, we will send an email to confirm your refund. 

We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured packages. Please do not send your purchase(s) back to the manufacturer as you will be responsible for the shipping costs related to making a return to the manufacturer. Original order shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. We will refund the original shipping charges on products that are defective or received in error. 

Refund Status

All refunds will made to the credit card used to make the original purchase.  Please allow 1 to 5 days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. If it has not been received in this timeframe, please contact your credit card company. PayPal and Amazon payments are refunded to your PayPal or Amazon accounts, as appropriate.

Exchanges 

We only exchange items if they are received defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange for the same item, send us an email at information@leagueoutfitters.com and send your item to:

To exchange an item that is not defective or damaged please return the original item for a refund, less original shipping charges, and place a new order for the item you wish to replace it with.

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, including an item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error. 

Manufacturer Warranties

All merchandise is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship in accordance with the manufacturer's warranties, but not against mishandling or uncommon abuse. Defective merchandise will be replaced or repaired depending on the manufacturer's policy. Replacements will be same stock number, color, and size.
