Refund policy
The following items can NOT be returned:

Items showing ANY sign of wear or use including but not limited to: stains, dirt, makeup, shoe sole wear, scratches, dents, cracks, etc.

Gift cards, girdles, undergarments, compression garments, swimwear, support cups, opened mouthpieces, health and personal care items, custom merchandise, “Final Sale” or “Clearance” items.

Shoes that show any signs of wear (soiled soles, rocks, dirt, etc.) and/or shoes with damaged or altered shoe boxes. DO NOT attach the return label directly to the shoe box.

Items with damaged or missing packaging, stickers, parts, accessories, or tags

Unwrapped bats
- All Hummel brand products
If any of the above policy violations occur, your return will be shipped back to you and a refund, exchange, or credit will NOT be issued.
General Return and Refund Information

All orders must be returned using our Return Portal

Items must be in brand new condition with tags and in original packaging

You have 30 days to return your order for a refund

You have 45 days to return your order for store credit

Holiday Returns: Orders from November 1st to December 24th are returnable until January 31st
Free Returns

In order to receive a free return, you must check the “Pay now to unlock free returns for $1.98” box located under the shipping section at checkout.

We are unable to offer free returns unless you have checked this box and paid $1.98.

If you do not check the box and pay the $1.98 fee, you will be charged $12 for returns and exchanges.

If you request a refund for the $1.98 Free Return Fee, you will no longer be eligible for a free return.
Using Our Return Portal

Please look up your order using your order number and zip code. Your order number can be found in your email notifications from League Outfitters.

You may be asked to provide images of the item/items you are returning or exchanging. Please upload well lit images of the product if requested to do so.

Some returns or exchanges may require our approval. If your return isn’t processed right away, please check back on the next 1-2 business days.

If your return was blocked, you may be in violation of our Return Policy. Please reach out to Customer Service so we can verify for you.
Refund Information

You can receive a refund to the original payment method, or a store credit gift card.

Refunds or store credit gift cards will be issued once your return has been received.
-
Refunds take 1-5 business days to fully process once issued.

Store credit is immediately available for use once issued.
General Return Fees

If you did not opt-in to Free Returns at checkout, your order will be subject to a $12 return fee.

Shipping costs are non refundable.

$1.98 Free Return opt-in fees are non refundable once a return has been opened.
Restocking Fees & Return Violations

Unauthorized Returns: 50% restocking fee. All returns must be processed through our Return Portal. Please reach out to Customer Service before sending your item back if you are unable to access the Return Portal.

Late Returns: All approved returns must be dropped off to the carrier within 10 days. If the return is scanned in by the carrier later than 10 days, a 10% restocking fee will incur. If the item is shipped back later than 30 days after return approval, your return will be shipped back to you and a refund, exchange or credit will NOT be issued.

Used/Damaged/Missing Parts Returns: If your return violates any of our outlined policies regarding use, wear, damage, missing tags, parts or packaging, etc. your return will be shipped back to you and a refund, exchange or credit will NOT be issued.
Exchanges

Most orders can be exchanged using our Return Portal.

You can only exchange your item for a different color or size of that same item.
-
If the size or color you are exchanging for costs more, you will be prompted to enter in your payment method to cover the difference.

If you would like to exchange your order for a completely different product, we recommend that you choose the store credit option so you can place a new order using the store credit.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item in your delivery, please utilize our Return Portal within 7 days so we can correct this.

If you’d like a replacement, choose the “Exchange” option.

If you’d prefer a refund, choose the “Return” option.

Your return will then be reviewed by our team so we can best assist you.

If any additional fees are incurred on your return of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please let us know so we can remove those for you.
Manufacturer Warranties

All merchandise is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship in accordance with the manufacturer's warranties, but not against mishandling or uncommon abuse.

Any product defects must be brought to our attention within 30 days of your original purchase date.

Bats: New aluminum/composite bats carry a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects and those claims should be made with the bat manufacturer. We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, new aluminum/composite bats. Wood, demo, and unwrapped bats carry no warranty or guarantee unless otherwise stated in the product description.
