Shipping, Delivery, Tracking, and Cancelations
General Shipping Information
- Our shipping hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. We are closed on weekends and Federal Holidays.
- Free shipping is available for any orders over $99 shipping to the contiguous United States. This does not include APO/FPO addresses, international orders, or Team Sales/Call to Order orders.
- Some exclusions may apply to free shipping for heavy-weight items.
- $8.99 standard shipping is available for any orders less than $99 shipping within the contiguous United States.
- Shipping is calculated based on the size and weight of the items purchased. International and APO/FPO addresses may have higher shipping charges.
- Some items cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses. We will contact you for a new address if this applies to an item you ordered.
- Orders totaling over $200 have the possibility of requiring a signature for the the items to be delivered.

League Outfitters is not responsible for packages that are lost due to user error (i.e. the wrong address was input, or it is missing an apt or suite number)

Some exclusions may apply for Free Shipping, including heavy weight or oversized items.
Delivery Issues
Orders that are marked “Delivered” via your tracking number are not eligible for refunds. Please check with other occupants and neighbors if you are having trouble locating a delivered package. Delivery issues are the responsibility of the carrier. If you still can’t locate your package, please contact the appropriate shipping carrier to file a claim:

Weather Delays
- Once your order has shipped, unforeseen weather events may impact delivery times. League Outfitters is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable for delays beyond our control.

- adidas: 5-7 business days
- Alleson: 3-5 business days
- Champro: 3-5 business days
- New Balance: 7-10 business days
- Rawlings: 5-7 business days
- Schutt: 3-5 business days unless stated in item description otherwise
- Hummel: 2-4 weeks

Expedited Shipping Information
- Next Day or 2-Day shipping orders must be placed before 1:00 pm EST to ship the same day, otherwise your order will be shipped the next business day.
- Orders placed Wednesday after 1 pm EST with FedEx express saver or UPS 3-day arrive Monday
- Orders placed Thursday after 1 pm EST with FedEx 2-day or UPS 2nd day air arrive Monday
- Orders placed on Friday with overnight shipping will NOT arrive on Saturday. The items will arrive on Monday if placed before 1pm or Tuesday if placed after 1pm.

International Shipping
- League Outfitters is not responsible for any inbound fees (customs, duty, tariffs, taxes, etc..) for international shipments that may be incurred upon arrival to customs.
- If you refuse an internationally shipped package that has been received by customs because you will not pay the inbound fees, we will refund you the cost of the product after charging you for the shipping and additional fees required to return the package to us.
Freight Delivery
- Freight Delivery (7-14 business days) is the delivery option where drivers will unload your items but will not bring the items into the building.
- We recommend that you have someone with you to help bring your items indoors. Drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up or clean up.
Shipment Tracking
- Your tracking number will be emailed to you and added to your order page once the item has shipped.

Cancellations and Order Changes
- Please review your order and shipping information carefully before placing your order. Some orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted.
