Not totally satisfied with your product? Give us a call at 301-575-9400 or email us at email@example.com and we will provide a Return Authorization. It is required that all returned item(s) be in their original condition. This includes but not limited to, original packaging, accessories and includes all tags. Upon receipt of merchandise with a Return Authroization, we will grant a prompt exchange or refund, excluding shipping charges. Items incorrectly shipped will be refunded for shipping charges. Refund will be issued in the same manner payment was received. Items which are dropped shipped may be subjected to a 25% restocking fee. We suggest that all packages being returned be insured as League Outfitters, LLC will not assume responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise.

Custom Merchandise Warranty
We are unable to change or cancel custom items after work has begun.
Our products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship in accordance with the manufacturer's warranties but not against unintended use, mishandling or uncommon abuse. Defective products will be replaced or repaired dependent upon the manufacturer's policy. Defective products will be replaced with the same stock number, color and size. If purchased product model is no longer available, newest model will be provided.
New aluminum/composite bat typically carry a one-year minimum manufacturer's warranty against defects. League Outfitters offers a 30-day full refund return policy for all unused, new bats. Wooden Bats may not carry same warranty.
League Outfitters, LLC makes every attempt to process in-stock orders the same day they are received. Our standard cut-off time for daily order processing is 4 p.m. EST Monday-Friday. If we experience difficulties with your credit card payment, the associated Order may be delayed. To avoid any delay, please confirm that your correct Account Name, Billing Address, Card Type, Account Number, and Security Code are entered. There will be a $35.00 returned check charge.

State Sales Tax
As we are incorporated in the state of Maryland, orders shipped to the state of Maryland are subject to 6.0% sales tax.

Open Account Policy
U.S. educational institutions and state funded organizations are granted 30-day term upon receipt of an authorized and signed purchase order. Please allow 4-7 business days to process new accounts. Past due account will be charged 1.45% per month (17% annually).
